Godrej Properties Emerges as Highest Bidder at ₹515 Cr for Two Luxury Plots in sector 39 Gurugram

Godrej Properties has acquired two luxury group housing plots in Gurugram, including one in Sector 39, through an e-auction conducted by the Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP). The bid for the combined plots was ₹515 crore. The Sector 39 plot is strategically located near NH 48. The estimated revenue potential for these developments is over ₹3,400 crore.
